PARENTS/GUARDIANS - Want to Help?

If you want to be a part of the planning for the event, help fundraise for it or volunteer at the party, we'd love your help! Please indicate your interest on the ticket registration form and you will be added to the volunteer list. Or send an email to WestviewGradParty@gmail.com and let us know you'd like to be added to the volunteer list.

Volunteer Opportunities include:

    • Grad Party Committee positions: Chair(s), Treasurer, Secretary

    • Fundraising Leads: Dinner Nights Out Lead, Wine Night Lead, Dance Concessions Lead, "Seniors take your Seniors to Breakfast" Lead, ACT/SAT Practice Test Lead

    • Event Planning Leads: Venue selection/contact, Activities selection/contact, Food selection/contact, Decorations, Volunteer Coordinator

    • Support: Publicity, Communications, Website management, Registration List Manager

    • Event Volunteers: Student Check-in, Bus Chaperones, Activity Monitors

As a reminder, this event is organized by a committee of parents/guardians, just like you, through Westview's Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). It is not a Westview High School or Beaverton School District event.


Volunteer Approval

To volunteer at Grad Night, you MUST be approved by the Beaverton School District.

If you’re new to volunteering with the Beaverton School District, please fill out the following form:

Parent/Guardian Volunteer and Background Check Application

Please follow these steps:

  1. Please fill in all flagged (required) fields

  2. Click the “Submit Application” button – You’ll know your application was successfully submitted if you are taken to the confirmation screen, if you remain on the same page, you have missed a required field. On the application page, click on the information icon for more information or specific questions

  3. You will create a unique username and password as part of the application process. Please write down and retain your username and password for entry into the site.

  4. You will receive an approval and “next steps” email approval from the Beaverton School District. Once you receive that confirmation email (this could take up to 10 days), please log into myvolunteerpage.com, click on “Opportunities” and look for “Grad Night 2020” volunteer opportunities.
