Fundraising
It takes a lot of money to fund a successful Grad Night Party. Your committee members are working hard to raise this money. Please help wherever you can. Some of the fundraising efforts include:
Westview Concessions
Football, soccer and volleyball concession profits go directly to Grad Night. Please support the concession stands. We also need many volunteers to fill the shifts. Contact Ginger Luken at gluken@biamp.com or follow these instructions to sign up online:

Ticket Sales
Grad night is a gift that parents give to their seniors. The parents of the Class of 2012 are carrying on this tradition! You can order your tickets during lunch once a month starting in November. A release form that must be filled out and returned when you purchase your tickets. Release form.
Ticket Donations
To give all graduates a chance to attend, any donations of money for tickets to the Grad Night party are greatly appreciated. Please contact one of the ticket sales committee members if you would like to make such a donation for a graduate who wouldn’t otherwise be able to attend.
Donations
We depend on donations from people such as yourself to make this event a success and provide an enjoyable experience for all participants. Keep in mind that 400+ kids are expected at this party, and we don't want any child to go home empty-handed. Anything you can donate, whether it’s a prize or cash, is greatly appreciated.
